INGREDIENTS

• 5 cl of Bartolomeo®

• 1 brown sugar

• 2 drops of Angostura bitters

• 4 cl of tonic

• 1 orange zest

• Ice

THE METHOD

Put the brown sugar into an old fashioned glass, add two drops of Angostura bitters and crush with a spoon. Pour the gin Bartolomeo®, the tonic and add the ice. Stir. Decorate with an orange zest and stir again.
